		<description>Hi.  How does this work?  The unzipped file only contains a smail file with no extension.  How can I get it into Pidgin/Windows?  I renamed it as a .dll, but that didn't work.

I wanted to do the very same thing you did (I guess) and listen to the commands ALienFX sends to the alienfx peripheral for the lightning. Would it be possible to post or email the whole sourcecode including FileMon and project files so I can easily run it? 

I was looking into programming a crossplatform alien lightning program in java. Also, I have the Allpowerfull M15x, which is slightly different than M17x.
